*Setup*

 

 Depending on the Kreation Package & Add-On choices we will need at least 1 hour up to 2 hour before event start time to setup your Kreation Package. An empty 8ft minimum space will be required for sweet table setups. Our Kreation team will coordinate with event staff for proper location or clients preferred layout for the location of the sweet table setup.

 

*Disclaimer*

 

Stands,table decor, table, backdrops or any of Kelly'z Kreations property cannot be moved by the client after setup is complete.  Additional items cannot be added to any of Kelly'z Kreations property without prior approval. If you like a cake to be showcased on the sweet table a cake stand will be provided through Kelly'z Kreations for a small fee. Cake cannot be cut on Kelly'z Kreations property. The cake must be cut at a separate table. Clients will be held financially responsible for any missing items or damage that is done to Kelly'z Kreations property. 

 

*Outdoor Events*

 

At Kelly'z Kreations, we strongly recommend that sweet tables be set up in a more controlled environment to ensure the longevity of your delicious desserts & treats that are displayed for consumption. If you choose to have the sweet table be outdoors, it is essential to keep in mind  the unpredictability of circumstances like weather & insects. It is recommended that the sweet table be open promptly to guests soon after setup is completed. A tented or covered area is required for all outdoor setups.

 

*Treat/Theme/Colors/Alterations*

All Kreation package treat choices, themes, colors or any other alterations can be altered up to 14 days prior to the event date.

*Dessert/Treat Order*

​

All Dessert/Treat Orders require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the Kreation Invoice. Once the deposit is received, this will guarantee your Kreation order and due date. If you need to cancel the order, the cancelation needs to be done 14 days before the order due date. If cancelation is done within 14 days, the deposit will be non-refundable.

*Time,Date & Event Location*

​

Kelly'z Kreations will need to have the exact date, start time and location of the event. Time, date and location of the event can only be changed if there is availability of the new date,time and location.

*Deposits*

​

 

A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of your Kreation Package invoice. The deposit secures your event date, time, and your selected Kreation Package. Submission of the 50% deposit serves as confirmation of your booking and constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to all Kelly'z Kreations policies.

 

*Final Payment*

​

The remaining balance of the Kreation Package will be due before the setup is completed. No treats will be placed until the Kreation Package is paid in full.

 

*Cancellations & Rescheduling*

 

Cancellations need to be 30 days before the date of your event to receive a full refund. Deposit will be forfeited if notification is done within the 30 day deadline. Rescheduling is available for a future date if the new date in question is available. If rescheduling the deposit and any payments made will be applied to the new invoice date. If canceling the rescheduled date the deposit will be forfeited.

 

*Delivery Charge*

 

Delivery charges for sweet table setup & take down will be $2.00 a mile from Midway Airport which will be added to your Kreation package invoice.

 

*Late Booking Fee*

 

If Booking is done within the 14 days of your event date a $50 fee will be applied to the Kreation package invoice.
