KREATION POLICIES

*Setup*

Depending on Kreation Package we will need at least 1 to 2 hour before event start time to setup Kreation Package.

*Disclaimer*

Stands,table decor & table can not be moved by customer after setup is complete. Customer will be held financially responsible for any damage that is done to Kelly'z Kreations property.

*Outdoor Events*

(Kelly'z Kreations recommends that sweet tables be in a more controlled environment to secure the longevity of the desserts & treats that are displayed.) If sweet table is to be outdoors, due to uncontrollable circumstances like weather & insects, it is recommended that sweet tables be open to guest as soon as possible after setup is completed. A covered area is required for all outdoor setups.

*Deposits*

A 50%Deposit will be required upon acceptance of your Kreation Package. This will secure your event date/time and your Kreation Package.

*Cancellations*

Cancellations need to be 14 days before the date of your event to receive a full refund. 50% of the deposit will be retained if notification is done after the 14 day deadline.

*Delivery Charge*

Delivery charge for sweet table setup & take down will be $2.00 a mile from Midway Airport which will be added to your Kreation package invoice.

*Late Booking Fee*

If Booking is done within the 14 days of your event date a $50 fee will be applied to the Kreation package invoice.

All kreations are made fresh so your guest or yourself will enjoy every bite. Kelly'z Kreations is constantly in the kreation lab to bring our customers new sweets & treats.
